It is extremely easy and beneficial for you or your facility
to become involved in the Safe from the Start
Program. By becoming a Safe from the Start site,
your facility will receive an order form to request brochures
and posters, as well as a hot
sheet of facts about dangerous and recalled products.
To enroll your facility just email info@kidsindanger.org
or call KID at 312-595-0649. It is free and easy to ensure that your patients
are protected from unsafe and recalled products.
