Setting the record straight on car seat safety

On July 29, NBC 5 Chicago aired a report about a mom from Indiana that received an expired car seat as a gift from her parents. KID was contacted to provide information about car seat safety for the segment. NHTSA Holds Event for 100% Recall Completion

On April 28, 2015 the Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx opened the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) event, Retooling Recalls: Getting to 100% Completion, with a call on all in the room to find a way to get the 20% of recalled vehicles that haven’t repaired fixed. KID releases new report on SaferProducts.gov

August 14 marks the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) back in 2008.
